This position is responsible for assisting customers making rentals, coordinating rentals, purchasing parts and small equipment, recommending the proper equipment, and stocking the showroom. This person will report to the owner, manager, and assistant manager.
This position is responsible for loads, unloads, refuels, moves, shipping and receiving of equipment. This employee frequently operates forklifts to load, unload and move rental equipment and attachments.
This position is responsible for servicing equipment, maintaining equipment, small engine repairs, and various other, mechanical repairs. This person will report to the owner, manager, and assistant manager.
Duties & Responsibilities
Discuss equipment issues, maintenance plans, and work performed with manager and customers
Perform routine engine maintenance, such as lubricating parts and replacing spark plugs, etc
Test and inspect engines and other equipment for malfunctioning parts
Disassemble and reassemble equipment components before and after as needed
Keep records of inspections, test results, work performed, and parts used
Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times
Must have a basic knowledge of machine operation and safety
Must be familiar with and have experience maintaining and repairing small engines
Must provide your own hand tools for use on the job
